  • Let me first start this off by saying that the office staff was very courteous and willing to work with us. However, there was an issue with our move out clean that left me quite upset and had I not gone back and checked it would have been left that way. They were willing to rectify the situation and did clean the shelves in the bathtub. There was also a chemical stain in the bathroom tub which they could not clean. The stain was not there before we moved out and I stupidly didn't take pictures before I left which is my fault. So I cannot solely blame Pop Ins. As I stated to them in an email I would have paid more money to make sure the job was done correctly.
