  • My boyfriend and I are looking for our first place together and we thought The Gramercy would be perfect. We were completely wrong. The customer service is absolutely terrible. We showed a unit by Jamie, who could not be bothered with us. She was very rude and rushed us through a tour of the lofts, one of the most expensive units which we were very interspersed in. She asked us inappropriate questions about our finances and didn't even care to get our names. Although this is a decent property I would never rent here out of principle of having a person with this caliber of customer. There are much better properties with much more personable service. We won't rent here and neither should you.
