  • They lost my package within 24 hours of it being handed to them and literally had no clue what happened with it. It just disappeared out of thin air without having even left Scottsdale (how they pulled that off, I will never know cause the package was ginormous). Claimed they weren't part of UPS so they couldn't do much. Don't slap UPS on your door if you aren't UPS. Bunch of morons. Probably will never use UPS again solely because of this location.
