rev:text	I was hesitant to go to this Ahwatukee Urgent Care, because of the poor reviews. However, I had an excellent experience! CLAYTON at the front desk was so helpful - after I called, he said come on in - very little wait time. Then, he called me back, and said they had a rush, and maybe wait another 30 minutes. Amazing - what medical office actually calls you back to say you might have to wait a little bit?!? After I got there, I waited just a few minutes to be seen - by Nurse ANGIE, who was thorough, professional, kind, and gracious. Then, another short wait and I saw PA JERI MCGEE. She was also very thorough, asked all the right questions, listened to all my concerns, and patiently "endured" my internet-supplied medical self-diagnoses. Then, a few moments later, ELIZABETH did an x-ray, and then PA JERI came back to explain everything to me. They were all so kind, prompt, professional, and all apologized for any wait I had to endure - which wasn't much at all. I felt like I was at my home-town doctor's office, and that I was getting top-notch medical care. I couldn't recommend this facility more highly - thank you, Ahwatukee Dignity Team, for the excellent care today! Hopefully, I won't be back for a while, but the next time I have a medical urgency, I am coming straight to you!!
