  • Went there for lunch. Wasn't told when I placed my order that the wait time would be over 30 minutes! After waiting for 25 minutes and thinking they forgot about me, I asked a worker how much longer and they said it would be at least 10 more minutes before they got to mine. I told him that my daughter was in the car waiting (since this was a takeout order) and we couldn't wait any longer so I asked for a refund. The manager on duty said he wasn't sure how to do that and asked if I could come back in 10 minutes when his brother (the owner?) got there. I told him no, that we had been waiting long enough, so he kept fiddling around until finally the brother arrived. I now have to wait to see if an actual credit shows up on my credit card bill because I'm not 100% sure that it will. They did apologize, but offered nothing beyond that for our wasted time.
