  • Before I even get started on the food, I must say a few words about Napoleon. I had a destination wedding in Vegas in March, which is stressful. However, from start to finish, he was simply amazing. He and his team went out of their way to meet us at our wedding venue to look over the room and assure me that I didn't have a thing to worry about, and I didn't!!! It was like being at a family BBQ with Napoleon. He made everyone smile not only with his food, but because, well, once you meet him you'll see why. You can't help but be happy around him. Now for the grub. Flipping out of this world, all of it!!! My guests raved and I gotta tell you about 2 a.m., we were all craving more. I do a lot of events for my job and believe me, if we had the budget to fly him up here, I would do it in a heartbeat.
