  • This place was hard to find due to misinformation on their webpage stating it's inside the StoneHill Market plaza and it is NOT! causing me to have to drive around for over 20min trying to figure out where the building was at. It's at the hospital, on the medical building right next to hospital on the 3rd floor, no signs at all about Quest diagnostics anywhere. When I checked in I was not carded at all at any point which I thought was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable (anyone can pretend to be someone else and get any tests done) all they asked for was my insurance card. Then once inside the phlebotomist was doing all the computer data entry that took about 15min when that stuff should have been done at the front desk upon arrival. Getting the blood drawn was hurting and burning my arm ,which is not supposed to if you get an experienced phlebotomist. This whole experience at this place was not good to say the least, will not go back to this location at all. I will take the long drive and go to the main location on Burnham (it's the best) never had any problems there.
