This review is strictly on the facial I had. Quite possibly the worst one that I have had - Ever. The employee (Pauline) giving me my facial first asked if I had any 'concerns'. I told her a couple, which one of them she never addressed. She was so extremely rough while applying different things to my face and wiping them off. It really was not relaxing in the least bit. To make matters worse/more odd, she applied the moisturizing mask and then turned off all of the lights, told me to "take a nap" and left the room! It was at least 20 minutes I just laid there. I was freezing! It was very dark in the room and the mask was over my face so I couldn't see in order to find the remote for the temperature for the bed. I'm sorry, I could have given myself a much better facial. Wasn't expecting to pay $70+ dollars for a 'nap' and for the employee to take a break. UGH! Every other facial that I have had (even at Hand and Stone, different person of course) they do not leave the room, rather while you have the moisturizing mask on is when they are giving you a massage to your neck/shoulders. So frustrating to feel that I wasted my money on a service that I really did not enjoy.
