  • If you are a property owner stay far away from this company. They have only been managing one of my properties for a few months and it has been a disaster. They have lost hundreds of dollars worth of equipment from my property. They have charged me for services that they did not do and in 6 months I have left several messages and have not received a single call back to address any of my issues. I am now forced to have to fly down to Arizona to address these issues in person and cancel my agreement with them. RPM PHOENIX METRO IS A TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
