  • I've only given 2 stars here because Robin is such a nice guy--but no businessman. I've referred people to him, yet he has disappointed me. It is difficult to schedule with him. He does not return phone calls right away, and when he says he will call, he doesn't. He came recently & I told him about a wasp problem, yet he said it was nothing. I've had countless wasps that have come into my bathroom & he has not returned my calls. At this point, I will tell the few people that I've sent his way, not to use him. As a working professional, I do not have time to continually call on someone who cannot follow through. I'm looking for another pest control business at this point.
