  • My husband and I booked a list minute stay through Hotwire.com. When checking in, I asked if we had a king bed in our room and the gal said that unfortunately, when booking through 3rd party sites, the bed type is requested but cannot be guaranteed. We were staying over to celebrate Valentine's Day and ended up with two Queen beds. The girl checking us in felt so bad, she gave us key card access to the club on 15th floor for breakfast the next morning and when we came home after dinner, a chilled bottle of white wine and two glasses were waiting for us by our door with a card saying "happy Valentine's Day, enjoy your stay with us!" Thank you, Candace, it was such a nice touch and we really appreciate it... we will definitely stay here again!!!!
