  • I had my first experience in tinting with these guys this past Saturday. (hence the 4 stars. I have no previous tinting experience to compare with) Anyways I originally received a little postcard on my windshield at my local smiths advertising this place. So I dropped by a week later to get an estimate and see what product they offered. The Owner Brian was pleasant and showed me all my options and helped explain the workings of his product seeing as how I told him I was a newbie. Anyways I left there and then called back a couple times the next week and Brian answered each time which was cool and made me feel more comfortable knowing I had a direct connection with the owner. Needless to say he set me up with an appointment and when I showed up I just chilled in their waiting room and watched some videos on my phone. The lady at the front desk was nice and as I waited other people came in and out asking their questions which she was able to answer fully. All in all I was there maybe an hour and a half and my car was done. She then explained what I should expect and also some directions for the next few days while the tint did its thing to adhere. Its been 2 days since the install and the windows look great. Overall I'm pleased so far and can now hopefully not be broiled this summer while driving.
