  • We visited their showroom three times and got the worst customer service each time. The one woman working was on the phone everytime and while that's fine, and I understand running a business day to day is hectic, a little common courtesy is all you need to show customers. Instead of being pleasant or friendly, she was bothered and basically ignored us. She couldn't answer most of our questions and said she'd have someone call us. No one ever followed up with pricing quotes like we requested. We went elsewhere for our flooring based on the lacking customer service and would never come back. The prices are high anyways, but the customer service is worst.
