  • Amazing facility and staff. One of our dogs recently went blind She was a bit skittish to begin with and more so after losing her sight. Two before the 4th of July, we decided to board her for the night due to her damaging doors inside the house on memorial day from the fireworks. We called our normal vet who didn't have room due to the short time frame. We contacted South Buffalo and they had room. We went down to pay and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They gave us a tour of their facility and accommodations for our "mutt." When we stopped her off the morning of, one of the doctors met with us and went over every detail of her stay and addressed any and all of our concerns. We picked her up the following morning. They washed the blanket we brought and our pup was in great spirits. The prices were reasonable. We may switch our current vet to here due to the staff. Thank you SBASH.
