rev:text	I took a cooking class today with my boyfriend. I loved it. I had a lot of fun, and learned super useful information. I loved my instructor. The class I took only had 4 people, so it was very intimate. I did think prior to coming here, that each person would be making their own dish. Instead, you work in a group. So all four people worked together on the same meal. I didn't really love that, but it was fine. It worked out well, and everyone was very friendly. The main thing that made me give this only 3 stars was the fact that YOU CANT TAKE THE FOOD YOU MADE AND PAID FOR HOME WITH YOU. They said something about "liabilities if you eat the food after leaving and get sick". If that's the case, then why don't they just have everyone sign a waiver?! These classes are not cheap, at all. In fact, they are very expensive. Everyone in my group had so much food leftover, it was ridiculous. They just throw the food away that people don't eat (no one said that they throw it away, but I think it's safe to assume that if they won't let you take it, they won't feed it to anyone else) I really can't believe that. It's such a sin to waste that much food. Our instructor said that sometimes there's a lot to eat after, and other times there's not much at all. Either way, you paid for it, so it really should be yours. It's ridiculous and it's a waste of perfectly good food. I'm sure they have enough resources to be able to hire a lawyer to write up a waiver dismissing all and any liabilities for anyone once they leave with the food they made (and paid for). If they don't let you take the food home, then they really shouldn't make the prices that high. And if the liability thing is really the case, restaurants wouldn't be in business....Aside from that, I would probably take another class. It was fun and informative. I just wish I knew some things before going there so I could better prepare.
