One of the very few women-only Goodlife gyms in the GTA and the only one in downtown core. Despite being a bit tricky to find (the main entrance is on Adelaide Street, not Toronto Street), the venue is very nice - very clean (even the restrooms) and organized layout with showers and change rooms downstairs. This location is also conveniently surrounded by great cafes - Versus Coffee and XO Bisous right across the street and Clockwork Coffee next door.
Group classes are offered here except for hot yoga. I attended BodyPump this afternoon and thought the instructor was great. Tough love, some might say, but she was very energetic and motivating.
The service is friendly, and extra points for supplying all members with lemon water and green tea. There are also massage sofas near the front if you just want to be lazy :P Tip - bring your own lock! That's one item the gym does not supply. Otherwise there is even mouthwash lol.
Lost 1 star for being a tad too small. The one group class room is not very big and really fills up to the brim. It was hard to dodge all the lovely ladies during the routine today and at times hard to see the instructor from certain angles.
