  • Worst dealership. VW already is a sketchy company as is - these people try to up sell you and lie to you every second you're there. "You have a nail in your tire. We can replace the tire for $250. They're special tires so Costco won't have what you NEED" I went to Costco and the patched the "unpatchable" for $11. Also - they crashed the car I traded in and the person in the police report said they were my brother and gave the policemen my brothers info. I mentioned this to the manager maybe a month after the occurrence and said that the report described the guy with gauges. Another guy in the office said "oh, that sounds like Kyle" and the manager made a cough sound. Like a shut up sound. Every time I'm there for something so simple, I'm there for 4-5 hours. They had 7 salesmen and 1 financial person. Which makes NO SENSE. so many people to push the sales of their cars and no one to actually do the paperwork. All the salesmen where dicking around and watching the baseball game. Ultimately, I will NEVER buy a car from them again. I just don't trust these people.
