If it were possible to give American Airlines 0 stars that's exactly what they would get. The lack of customer service & human caring is and has always been missing. They make mistake after mistake(i.e. Lost luggage) & don't fix their shortcomings w/quality customer service, vouchers or even show that they care and want to keep your business. They should consider renaming "Un-American Airlines." As a matter of fact, that's what I'm calling them from now on. F U Un-American airlines.
