  • The service department is a joke, call three times no answer? Three messages no call back? Make appointment on line, can't change car details or service requests? Take chance and show up for appointment , service writer has my appointment but tells me it takes two hours for oil change? I retired after 30 years at a Chevy dealership two hours for oil change? I will go to a different dealer !
