  • Ivy Sun has retired, and this new lady has taken over. She has raised the prices and seems just a bit unorganized. And her attitude is way different from Ivy, who would do anything and everything required perfectly. Her attitude is "if it's a little bit hard", I charge extra. I brought in a jacket that needed sleeves shortened. It was one of those new style slim down jackets, but she said that down filled items were harder to work with and slapped an extra $10 charge on it. And when it came back, the worksmanship was horrible. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say perhaps she is just starting out and will learn over time, but for me, I will take my business elsewhere to someone who was as friendly and experienced as Ivy. If I find one, I will share with all.
