  • I had picked up my puppy from boarding nearby this location and stopped over for a puppy grooming. 1) The puppy grooming packages (less than 6 months) are very reasonable at $19 2) The young lady (Kayla K) who took care of Bentley was kind, sincere and gentle; as if he were her own. She educated me on the process, told me how long it would take since it was his first groom and that they would not rush him through it. 3) She accommodated him even though we did not have a booking (could have been a one-off though) so would recommend booking in advance. I thoroughly appreciated the care they took with both him and me and he looked GREAT when he was done. I would definitely return to this location. I hope everyone there is as great as Kayla was. Also to review the store: this is the best Pet Smart location I have been to in Calgary in terms of size and quantity of items available. The staff are always very friendly to both me and Bentley.
