  • As most other reviewers, I think Dr. Lewis is great. However, the office staff is inconsiderate and rude. She is busy and books appointments 4 months out, so I was waiting to see Dr. Lewis quite a while. I got to my appointment a half an hour early because I had to change my insurance. I was told to sit down when I arrived, even though I was the only patient. The woman at the front proceeded to make me wait 15 minutes. When she called me up, she informed me that Dr. Lewis had a delayed flight and she wasn't in, and that I could wait for her. I told her I had work and she told me she couldn't reschedule me until September. I understand that flights are delayed, however I would expect a courtesy call from the office prior to my appointment. Or, at the very least, immediate attention when I arrive to inform me of what happened. In this day and age, women work, which an office full of women should understand. A little consideration for people's time would be appreciated. Despite Dr. Lewis being good at her job, I gave a 1 star because this has clearly been an ongoing issue and her choosing to allow her office to be run in such a way is unacceptable.
