| - I met my buddy MT here for lunch. He suggested it and I'm glad he did. I like this place, a lot.
First, it's beautiful. Well, if modern colors and lines with a contemporary feel is beautiful to you, this is the place. I liked it the minute we walked in the door. We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. Our server, Blaze, was soon at our table taking our drink orders. $2.50 for ice tea is spot on. Very good green tea I would like to say.
MT ordered the Shu Mai ($6) to start. Lovely little steamed pork dumpling. Full of tasty puree'd pork with a ramekin of sweet & spicy dipping sauce. A tad salty but overall this was a great start to our lunch.
MT ordered the House Pan Fried Noodles ($9). He said his lunch was good. I was impressed that our entree's came with a small house salad. Nothing special but for the price this little add on was perfect.
I ordered the Lo Mein ($8.50) subbing in Thin Rice Noodles with a mix of Vegetables and Roasted Pork. The noodles were delish, the veggies were a combo of steamed broccoli, zuchinni, bean sprouts and napa cabbage. The pork was long strips, seasoned fine but a tad overcooked. In addition was a half baseball size pile of brown rice. All in all a very good dish.
Lots of Gluten Free items on the menu as well as Spicy and/or Vegetarian choices. Happy days.
Great Service, really good food, fair prices (lunch), beautiful space. 4 Stars
