  • They charge for every little cover, pad, plastic, anything you can think of and you won't hear that over the phone. If you decide to use their storage facility, the units couldn't hold one piece of my couch so I had to get three units. I'm single, I don't have a whole lot of stuff and half of it I moved myself. If you have a balance at the end of the month, you pay a late fee, regardless if you paid that month in full. So you'd better not miss a payment or you'll never catch up and then you're stuff goes up for auction. I've paid this company far more than my things are even worth and they are completely unwilling to work with me. Wish I never got involved
