  • There aren't many places that serve authentic Dole Whip besides Hawaii or Disneyland. So when I saw that this place had Dole Whip on its menu, I decided to jump on it and order one, albeit it was really cold outside. We had the Dole Whip float and Dole Whip waffle cone. The Dole Whip was just as amazing and refreshing as I remembered it to be. However, we saw the cashier preparing the waffle cone and she was holding it with her bare hands. She also took our cash and and then touched the cherry with her fingers. No napkins or gloves used whatsoever. We couldn't eat the waffle cone orthe cherry and we had to throw them both away. The way our cashier prepared the waffle cone was very unsanitary and I hope that it's not normally how many of their employees prepare drinks or food. Overall 3.5 stars because I enjoyed the Dole Whip soft serve, although I questioned the cleanliness of their drinks and food.
