  • This is the worst place to ever get a massage. Save your money and time. My husband was in a car accident and I asked to reschedule. The manager Said she would charge me $60 AND hung up in my face when I asked about cancelling my membership. I went down to talk with her in person at 4pm, my appointment was at 430. I sat in the lobby til 445 and no one said a word. I asked the receptionist "can I charge them a late fee for being late on my appointment since I had to pay a cancelation fee for trying to reschedule. She gets manager who in turn comes out and I had to explain my situation all over again. Then she asked me "Would I like to leave gratuity for the massage therapist" I didn't even get a massage. I advised them how insensitive they were to my husband being in the hospital and she told me well what do you want me to do about it. This is the worst place. I'm Far From Relaxed.
