  • Terrible! Did NOTHING, and caused more problemsI called and explained I had purchased a house with a pool, and had never had a pool before, knew nothing, and needed the pool, spa, and heater looked at, serviced, possibly repaired. Albert sent his "technician" who arrived after the time window given, without a prior call as promised to let me know when they would be there. Ignacio was nice, but knew nothing about the heater/pump, other than telling me it would probably need replacing. When I asked him details about cost, or repair instead of replacement, he had no answers, and said I needed to call Albert. I also asked about filling the pool, because the water was low, he turned a knob, saying he "thinks" will fill it, which started filling the pool. I then asked him if he could clean and balance the pool water. He told me if I needed it serviced, I had to talk to Albert......after he left, I saw my spa was draining!!!! Since I have no idea what he did, or how to fix it, I had to turn everything off, and am having another company come to fix things. What a bad experience!
