  • 1st time and last time at this place! NEVER AGAIN! I emphasized that I didn't want my 2 girl dogs top head cut off... I wanted them to look girlie with long hair on their heads. So to my horror when I picked them up little after 5p became they were running awfully late and seeing my girls hair complete butch short! I called to vent and complain to then have the girl refute what I was trying to explain! She made me fume because she wouldn't allow me to explain the process and the steps I took to make sure what they did to my dogs didn't happen! I said, I can show you pictures of what they looked before they went in... she said, "well, how do I know when they were taken." Like I would make up, lie or fabricate proof! Yes, their hair will grow back but besides my dogs looking like CANAL RATS... they were at the groomers from 10a to 5:25p! I don't know if they got snacks or walked! I didn't get what I asked for and trying to explain my frustration was 1000 times worse! I will call my veterinarian to have this place removed from their referral system since they recommended them!
