  • Julie is a fabulous tech and obviously cares about her people. She called many by name as they checked it and totally paid attention to me as well! Still difficult to find shops that do dipping nails, so I was very grateful to find someone good!! Julie is very accomplished, friendly, and attentive , yet didnt talk too much, She may have had I been in a talkative mood, if felt comfortable in the silence with her as well as chatting it up. The timing was good too, quick, and efficient, I'm not one that wants to sit there for hours getting my nails done. Kim did a great pedicure, didn't push when I didn't want the deluxe. She did calluses without asking. I was extremely satisfied and will return. My friend not so much. The older gentlemen that did her pedicure did not introduce himself or say one word to her during entire pedi!? I feel this is important when touching someone. He lacks these skills. He was not attentive or helpful very 'Meh' pedi. I know I will return to Julie, for dipping powder nails. She seems like the kind of boss that will pass on good people skills or find those that can.
