Really bad experience here.
Paid 25.00 for their best managers special. It is advertised as their best offer. It includes and checks off all the boxes of what they sell.
Not only was it a really bad experience but the wash and interior was not done well. The floor had to be re-vacuumed and still it was not good. Sand and dirt under the mats . Clearly the employee who was charged with the task of cleaning my car was too busy checking his cell phone more than my car.
He lost my key fob and spent 10 minutes searching my vehicle until he finally found it.
It was not a good experience. The money I spent was not worth the service.
The Manager reached out to me and I came back a 2nd time and he also didn't check the floor in my backseat . Again the vacuum had not been done !
When he offered me to approve the work I pointed out the mess in the back seat floor and he saw it Apologized and then got the vacuum and hand vacuumed the back seat himself.
He claimed the dirty rags left the dirt in my floor. Whatever ... it was not done well .
Two stars for trying but not a good Auto Bell location.

Clearly the Auto Bell customer relations department doesn't really read the reviews too closely. Andi their customer relations rep thanked me for enjoying my visit ? It was " BAD " I believe was the term I used to describe the Piper Station Auto Bell . Just typical bad management all the way around .
