  • It might seem odd writing a review for a funeral home/cremation service.. I wish there had been more reviews when I started my search. I contacted Cremation Center of Arizona a few months before my father's passing. You see, my parents live in Miami, Arizona and I wanted my mom to have options. There are 2 or 3 places locally but they were indifferent and quite frankly, ridiculously expensive. They went over everything with me. Asked me questions I would never had thought of..which made me feel very comfortable. The day before he passed I called just to confirm everything and yes, it was all the same. They were willing to drive the distance for a very reasonable fee. The morning he died, the hospice nurse called at about 5am...they answered and sent someone on their way. The man that arrived was patient and respectful. It went as well as could be expected. It was a Friday of a holiday weekend but I promptly received all the documents via email. I was able to fill out everything using docusign and get it right back to them. I actually did most of it on my phone. I was worried that we'd be running back and forth to fax but the process could not have been easier. They kept in touch with us throughout the whole process...when they received the permit, etc... I was able to pick up his ashes that Thursday. It's located in an industrial area but the building and facility are quite beautiful. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and efficiency. Not to mention the cost. Using the local services would have been at least 1,000.00 more. I would highly recommend them...and have actually. They made a really painful situation a little more bearable.
