I paid over $40K upon delivery 3 doors
It took over 2 1/2 years to get my doors to a final acceptable state.
- I had a glass panel installed back ward the entire time.
- a number of glass panels had damage from the factory from sparks
- all or most of the panels had to be replaced since the inside seal wasn't properly done
- motors were replaced a few times
I went through 4 different customer service leads on this.
I've been told that I will get some kind of discount for the headaches which they are now ignoring.
I've dealt with more than service 20 calls which requires me taking time off work each time. At the last service call I was told that the motor or the doors wasn't even properly installed in the first place.
And for this they offered a free $175 service call? They need to do a lot better.
Now they won;t even return my emails.
I would avoid these guys as much as you can. They just don't care.
