  • We have been coming here as loyal customers for a year. Was always greeted with a nice welcoming and even a surprise recognition of who we are. Until today, when we tried to return something that was unopened and had a receipt for it. All I can say is that the smiles and waves and friendliness are great until you have an exchange or return to make. And unfortunately, Mo, the owner no longer comes in, which means that you are left in the hands of a truly sadistic shop clerk. This guy had the nerve to take a perfectly calm person and work them into a frenzy which he seemingly derived A LOT of pleasure from. He even went so far as to pit another customer against me who came in after the conversation between us had already begun. The guy running this shop has a serious personality disorder, but masks it with a smile and a fake friendliness. When I came home in tears my husband decided to stop working and take and hour and a half of his day to drive up to the shop to see about getting in touch with Mo, the owner. He arrived at the shop but the original store clerk was gone and a new guy was there. He asked for Mo's contact information. When the man asked why he needed it, my husband explained that he wanted to speak with the shop owner about the way his wife was treated earlier. The new store clerk had obviously been informed that we may try to contact Mo (since I told the earlier store clerk that we would). He then tried to claim that the original store clerk who helped me earlier was Mo. But that is a complete lie because we have met he owner on several occasions, and that was not him. These guys are playing hardcore games with people and it is so sick and sad for a weed paraphernalia shop to be behaving this way. The amount of emotional sabotage and trauma he put me through for a return that I had a receipt for is inexcusable. We will NEVER go back there again. I suggest going to Gravitate which is located just behind the Hi Life Smoke Shop building. They are much nicer and don't play games with their customers.
