  • My wife and I own a home in San Jacinto, Ca. and had a different company install a four camera surveillance system around our house last May. They did a good job but couldn't get the job done when we decided to upgrade two of our cameras. Not long ago we noticed an Envision Security van while driving near where we live. We wrote down their phone number and liked what we saw on their website. Today Dane, one of their technicians, came to our house and replaced two of our cameras with superior cameras. The two new cameras are made by the company ICR and are 1080P, 2.1 MP. What a difference they make in quality of the picture on our computer and a much wider range! Dane did a great job and was very professional. By the way, he was on time even though he drove here from Phoenix, Arizona! He had some other work to do in our area in addition to our job. After the job was complete I talked to both Lorene and Jessica in their sales dept. to complete the payment with my credit card and they were both really nice and helpful. By the way, I never had to wait on hold to talk to someone at this company and they all speak CLEAR ENGLISH! The receipt I received from them had all the information I was hoping for, including the three year warranty on the cameras. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all our surveillance and security needs in the future. I wish I knew about them prior to having the initial installation last May!
