  • I came in for a simple tire plug. It costs 28 dollars. I should have checked around first because other shops said they would do it for around 15 to 20. Being a AAA member will not get you a discount. No big deal. The reason I put only one star is because of the customer service. My service consultant was Chris DelGreco and he promised to call when it was done. I was told it would take an hour or so. I waited around my house for 3 or 4 hours, no call, so I go down there and I'm told it's been done for awhile. Great, now I've wasted time I couldn't afford to waste and late to work. I was going to just get my tire back for taking so long which is why I called around and got other quotes and found out it was cheaper. I recommend calling around before going here.
