  • I've dined pretty much every coffee shops in the casinos but nothing worse than this coffee shops. Despite the food quality, I want to talked about their worst customer services that I've received in my life ! I simply asked for a sliced of lemon and a pack of honey because the water taste was funny; but the waitress immediately respond to me that " It will be charge $ 3.00 since those lemon & honey cost money ?!" . I was astonished by her replies and request if they have any rules or fine prints on the menus that the condiments eg. sugars, ketchups etc. cost extra charges; but she said NO, they don't have it ! then I requested to spoke with the management so when the Assistant Manager Rosa Zelaya came to talk to me, she even said the same things ?! I will never dine in this restaurants again. Beware look at your receipt, they will charge extra charges for condiments ! and they will charge any prices they want because its not on the menus !
