  • After living in the Phoenix area for 3 years I have FINALLY found a vet I am comfortable and happy to bring my two dogs to. Dr. Nelson is a amazing vet and I feel like she really cares about the health and well being of my dogs. Previous vets I have gone to started with the worst case scenario and gave me a quote for hundreds and even thousands of dollars for treatment. Dr. Nelson started with a blood test that led to finding out my senior dog had high calcium levels which led to a urine test and a UTI that required antibiotics to correct, and further testing to find out why his calcium levels were so high, while other vets told me it was valley fever and would costs thousands to treat. I couldn't be more thankful for Dr. Nelson and the staff at Mclintock Animal Care Center for taking such great care of my boys. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best possible care for their pets.
