  • Had a water heater replaced after purchasing from Lowes a few days earlier. It was not an emergency situation but mine was getting old and its placed inside the home. Initially wanted a Saturday ( a week after I purchased it). I was told by Lowes no problem. Then it because a problem stating they only do Saturday installations for emergencies. Then I wanted Thursday afternoon . When they called ( on Monday) they said I WILL be getting mine installed on Thursday however in the morning . I figured since they had a 4 day advance notice they should have been able to install mine on Thursday afternoon. Once Neil R. came out Thursday morning, all was good. He was extremely professional. Pointed out a number of things that I should be aware of and answered a question about a plumbing issue not connected to the water heater installation. He doubled checked his work. I normally don't tip plumbers, but Neil was so good, friendly and professional. So Neil made up for the scheduling issues that I had with BSJ. So I give the company 4 stars, and Neil 5 stars!
