  • Friday night at about 7:30 the fan in the back of the freezer decides to make a horrible almost grinding noise. We call up our home warranty company who called Christian appliance to come out and fix it. By the time we got off the phone with our warranty company it was well past 8. About 5 minutes later we got a call from Robert who said he'd be out in about 45 minutes. About that amount of time later Robert showed up. Was very friendly and easy going. Told him what had happened and within a couple of minutes had it diagnosed. It actually took him longer to get here than it did to fix the problem. Job well done. Would highly recommend!
