We were in Vegas for the weekend to attend a friend's baby shower when we stayed at Green Valley. We had a minor hiccup at check in but the bell lady was very nice and apologetic. After that our experience with the staff was very pleasant.
Our room was a double queen bed with a suite-like bathroom. I liked the glass shower and that the toilet had its own door in the bathroom.
Everything was pleasant until I came poolside and encountered the staff that is a bunch of nonchalant, lazy twenty somethings who act like they're doing you a favor. One staff member saw me struggling with the umbrella but didn't come over until I asked. The two waitresses were only interested in attending to big parties. We waited 20 minutes and neither of them came over to ask us if we wanted anything. I finally walked over to the bar and mentioned it to her, and despite her apology she never did come over to our area. We're already over paying for the drinks and food so at the very least they could have been attentive to everyone that was poolside.
