  • I see most positive reviews are from sellers of homes. I live next door to a home for sale in Gilbert, AZ. It has now been listed with Open Door for 3 months. This is one of the most popular and desirable floor plans in the Islands subdivision and this plan normally sells within a couple weeks or less, but they have it over priced. They are not performing any upkeep on the yards. Since the front sprinklers are broken and both front and back drip systems have leaks the place is looking horrible. Front lawn is completely dead except for the tall weeds. Back yard looks almost as bad. I have reached out to multiple individuals at Open Door and so far only received an e-mail saying the problem would be "assessed". Meanwhile the leaky drip system has water flowing into my yard and damaging my wall.
