  • For what we pay, this place is filthy! I've brought this to the attention of many people but no one seems to care or do anything about it. When you pay over $100/month, you have expectations of a clean gym. I don't ever see any employees cleaning the floor or the equipment. I saw them cleaning the glass staircase once...I think they were getting a visit from a corporate executive. I toured LVAC, the guy said they signed up 3 members the day before who were LT members. The bikes in the cycle studio need attention and maintenance. You have to try 2 or 3 bikes before you get one that works. Good think we are not on a contract. The spin instructors are all great! Corey, Jessica and Pat. They make it fun and engaging! Oh and be careful if you sign up for anything! They are all on a monthly basis and they will charge you every month unless you specifically state what you want. My husband signed up for 4 training sessions. They charged him every month. When he told them that's not what he signed up for, they stated he would have to give 30 days notice but that he was responsible for the recurring charges. When we told them we were going to cancel our membership is when they reversed the charges.
