  • Everything was exceptional from the service to the food. The service really put the cherry on top and I apologize but I never got that waiter's name. I'll just give him a quick shout out, he gel his hair up and he had blond/brown hair and possibly in his late 30s to 40? Idk this review is a bit overdue now so the memories aren't as fresh anymore but I had thought I had to give Le Cirque a 5 star review when I left the restaurant. We all got the set meal(Prix-fixe menu for $105, I will simply go through what I got because they review will get too long if I write about my two friends got too haha) and although the price was a bit step hence the four $$$$ sign, I think it's definitely worth the money(possibly for special occasions like birthdays and such). I had their beef/steak tartare which was on par with Craftsteak's steak tartare and stand out possibly even a bit more simply because they give you fried beef tendon instead of crostini. Their fried beef tendon was exceptional(a bit too oily but it was the best tasting fried beef tendon I've had) and it worked so well with the steak tartare. Among that amazing steak tartare, this is also a must and I'm not kidding. If this is your first time at Le Cirque, I recommend everybody to try their potato crusted Mediterranean Sea bass. From the sauce, to the potato crust, to their beautiful sea bass...everything was exquisite and unique. The potato crust was lightly crispy while having a juicy and perfectly cook sea bass. This potato crust is so different from any other place that I just have to recommend this to any first timer before you try anything else. I won't forget you...potato crusted Mediterranean sea bass :). What stand out more is when you have a fix menu, I feel like I always get disappointed on the dessert. Le Cirque exceed expectations and gave me one of the best chocolate Souffle I've had. It wasn't only the best souffle or one of the best souffle I've had, but it was a big souffle that really puts you in the right spot after your appetizers and entree. The entree kinda leave you a little to be desire in terms of being full and this really hit the spot in terms of hitting the flavors and making you happy. There are no ways to describe this fluffy hot souffle that hit every level of excellence and that's all I'll say. I'll give another shout out to the excellent waiter who also exceed all expectations just like the dinner had. The waiter makes jokes with us, took time to talk to us even though they're busy, let us see the recipe book(which they have at the restaurant), and gave us other desserts(but you'll probably be too full to eat after that wonderful souffle). I wish I had got your name but just know you did an excellent job just like the food had satisfied me in every way. Hope to be back sooner than later Le Cirque, you were absolutely wonderful.
