  • I don't see the point in making an appointment. Each time I come I have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. The whole point of an appointment is to get in and out in that time slot. The reception staff is loud and obnoxious and talk about stuff that is not work appropriate. Get your crap together Nationwide!
