An update to my previous review of Anderson Pest Control LLC. After finally getting a call from the business owner, Mr. Nate Anderson, we were able to discuss the situation and resolve the issue. Although he said they seldom ever make refunds, he did apologize for the difficulties we had in this situation and relented to refunding the charges made for the bee remediation service. He even went so far as to personally deliver the check to me at my home. I think it takes a big person to admit your company has made a mistake and step up to the plate the way Nate did and I give him Kudos for it. As I previously said, they have taken care of our typical pest control issues for the past three years, and after Mr. Anderson personally handled our issue, we may give them another go. Thanks Nate.
