  • Once again, I have to write a review. It's my turn to experience the customer service that Tempe Honda continually exhibits. Last year during this time my husband was able to work with Michelle and her team to get into a 2016 Honda. This year 2017 it is my turn and I was able to get in to you a brand new Honda. Corporate Honda should use this dealerships amd their leader as the model for professionalism and the standard of customer service. Not once have Michelle and Effrin wavered and helping me period especially during this busy Memorial weekend. Even though they were swamped they still took time to speak to me and talk with me and walk me through the process. Thank you so much! We will continue to purchase our vehicles from Tempe Honda. As long as Michelle is at the helm leading the team Tempe Honda, we will keep purchasing our vehicles from here & sending friends and family members to purchase as well!! Corporate Honda should be proud of this dealership!:) thank you so much Tempe Honda!
