  • Went on line doing my homework before purchasing a new countertop microwave. I checked all the BBS and all were comparable in pricing. When I got to Lowes web site I noticed that other than color (one white and one black) they had exactly what I was looking for. Problem was the black one was $7.00 more. I called their 800# and got transferred to the W. Chandler Store and spoke to the Appliance Dept. Manager, and he agreed to lower the price to $92.00 from $99.00 to match the other one. Now That folks is how one develops a satisfied customer base.... Great Job and thank you Steve.
