  • BUY THE BLACK TIE PROTECTION PLAN!!! I had a Samsung 46" LED tv for exactly 2 years and 1 month when the color panel started to show a hairline from top to bottom of the screen. With the 4-year Black TIe Protection with Geek Squad, sent out a contractor from Universal TV techs to see what they could do to repair. They couldn't find a replacement color panel that was less than the cost of the tv, so they declared the tv a "junk out". They gave me a confirm number and I went into the store to talk to the Magnolia Media rep. He processed for me a Samsung 55" LED tv, including pick up of the old one, delivery of the new one and INSTALLATION, for FREE! Or, if you think about it, the $250 I spent on Black Tie Protection 2 years ago bought this new 55" tv. Highly recommend the BTP as well as the customer service at Best Buy!
