| - DON'T TRUST THE MIDAS TOUCH! Completely incompetent. They advertised a great deal on tires, but managed to damage all 4 rims while installing them(see photos). If the guy didn't know how to install tires, why didn't he stop after damaging the first rim? Why would he continue to damage all 4??!! The acting manager, Jay, admitted that Paul, the service tech did the damage and tells me they'll get estimates and pay to repair them. His exact words were, "I can't watch him all the time". Why was someone that needs to be watched all the time working on my car?! Do you think they every called me? No! I had to reach out daily. Weeks later, I finally speak to the owner, Mikhael, and he says Jay knows how to fix rims and they'll do the repairs themselves. Jay had told me in the many daily calls that I made to him that the rims would have to be repaired elsewhere. But regardless, I did not want these people touching my car again. After I decline to have the repairs done there, this dishonest owner suddenly claims they didn't do the damage. Beware! Untrustworthy! Not reputable! Unscrupulous! Take your business elsewhere. The same owner has other Las Vegas locations, so I would recommend avoiding all Midas locations in town. By the way, this is my first Yelp review. My experience was so bad I feel obligated to warn others.
