The American/Italian "Philly" style food is delicious across the board. Meatballs, Pastas and Parm style dishes flood the menu and are all very tasty. The restaurant is a relocation or spin off of Cafe Martorano's which was at the Rio for many years. I think this is an excellent restaurant with one severe drawback. At night (weekends?) they turn up the music obnoxiously loud as if it's a night club. It's not a night club, it's a restaurant that becomes impossible to have a conversation in. I have never seen the restaurant packed when they do this, as it clearly drives away more traffic than it attracts.
